Steam Massage Therapy

Massage and aroma steam treatments are 80 minutes unless otherwise noted. 



Herbal Steam Bath $45

Relax your mind and body with this 20-30 minute treatment which envelopes you, feet to neck, with soothing herbal Steam Therapy. It improves peripheral circulation by vasodilatation, which opens the pores in the skin and absorbs the medicinal properties of the herbal oil, eliminates certain impurities through sweat, relieves stiffness, pain and swelling and provides lightness to the body.


Sore Joints & Muscles Treatment $ 95
For especially sore bodies, a light layer of Ayurvedic Body Mud is applied to tender areas and then the body is bathed in steam allowing the muscles to relax and detoxify before a 45 minute massage is performed with Mahanarayan Oil.
